Tennis Social, Guwahati is a premium, community-focused tennis facility dedicated to delivering high-quality playing and coaching experiences for tennis enthusiasts of all ages.
The infrastructure was initially established in 1999 as a clay court and has been an integral part of Guwahati’s tennis ecosystem ever since. To enhance both playing and community experiences, the facility was comprehensively redesigned in 2021, incorporating a state-of-the-art 9-layer synthetic tennis court and a new clubhouse. Today, Tennis Social continues to serve as a trusted destination for players, coaches, and families.
At Tennis Social, quality takes precedence over quantity. Our coaching programs, particularly for children, are intentionally designed with limited intakes of only 10 players per group. This focused structure allows for personalized attention, structured skill development, and meaningful progress for every participant.
Alongside coaching, we offer hourly court rentals for recreational players, competitive athletes, and professional coaches seeking a well-maintained and reliable playing surface. We also provide private coaching sessions for all age groups, enabling individuals to learn, train, or refine their game at their own pace.

About the Facility
Tennis Court
Our state-of-the-art 9-layer synthetic tennis court is engineered to provide optimal ball bounce, controlled pace, and enhanced player comfort. The multi-layer construction delivers effective shock absorption, reducing impact on joints and making the surface suitable for players across all age groups, from young beginners to adult players.
The surface offers excellent grip and uniformity, allowing players to move with confidence while maintaining consistency across rallies. Designed for durability and all-weather usability, the court supports year-round play while maintaining its performance standards over time.
The outdoor court is fully covered on the sides, creating a private playing environment while remaining open to natural conditions. The court is equipped with floodlights for evening play and training. Whether for coaching, competitive practice, or recreational play, the court is designed to deliver a comfortable and enjoyable playing experience.
Clubhouse
The facility includes a well-maintained clubhouse designed to enhance comfort and convenience for players and visitors. It features separate washroom facilities for male and female users, ensuring privacy and hygiene for all age groups.
The clubhouse also offers ample seating areas for guardians, family members, and visitors, allowing them to comfortably observe sessions and matches from designated viewing spaces. Drinking water is available on the premises for players, guardians, and visitors.
This environment allows players to focus on their game while guardians and spectators remain comfortable and engaged.
